Stayed here last week during my first international trip ever and I loved it so much!! :) Everyone here was so kind especially Melissa! (I hope I have her name right lol ) and the breakfast in the morning was great! Nice and quiet during the night too. The terrace was my favorite part and it’s such a cute spot to sit, relax, talk with friends, and read. Hope to come back soon
Arriving here was one of those moments when your body immediately understands that it can relax. After the constant movement of the city, walking into the hotel felt like crossing into a quieter space. The room was very spacious and beautiful, and having a private pool made the space feel even more personal and peaceful. It was the kind of place where you could simply stay in and rest without feeling like you were missing anything outside. The staff also helped create that feeling of comfort. Everything felt natural and easy, and after a short time the place started to feel almost like home. Very calm and pleasant stay in the heart of Mérida.
Tuve una experiencia increíble en este hotel. Desde el momento en que hice la reservación la chica que atendió la llamada fue súper amable, llegamos y el servicio fue excelente y todo el personal se mostró muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por que los huéspedes tengan una estancia cómoda. Además, el ambiente del lugar es muy acogedor y relajante, perfecto para descansar y disfrutar. Definitivamente fue una estancia maravillosa. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.
Lugar para destacar!!! Te sientes como en casa!! El espacio es delicado, tranquilo, y me gustó su deco. Su ubicación es super. El staff todo, es increíble, súper atentos, amables, buena onda, y súper cálidos!! Sin dudas volveremos a visitarlos!!
Excelente lugar. Pasamos un fin de semana increíble. Todo estaba súper limpio, muy agradable y bien cuidado. El personal fue muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; además, nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones para conocer la zona. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!
